that at the request of the UK Government, mariners’ attention is drawn to the following latest guidance for those arriving at ports in England on recreational vessels from overseas.Test before travelling to England
Travellers to England from abroad must have proof of a negative COVID-19 test result. Please see the government’s Coronavirus (COVID-19) testing before you travel to England website
for full details.
You do not need to take a test if you began your journey to England from: Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey, Ascension, Falkland Islands, or St Helena.

.Self-isolating when you arrive in the UK
Even though a negative test was provided before entering the country, the rules for self-isolating must be followed when arriving in England. All travel corridors
have been suspended
Anyone arriving in the UK will need to self-isolate for 10 days
, regardless of their pre-departure test result. Please see the Government's How to self-Isolate when you travel to England website
for more information.Shortening your self-isolation period - Test to Release scheme
The self-isolation period can be shortened if a COVID-19 test
is purchased after isolating for 5 days
. This is known as the Test to Release for International Travel scheme.
The scheme is not available
to anyone who has been in or through any country that is subject to a travel ban in the 10 days
before arrival in England.
